REFUND & RETURN POLICY - MAGICLYT
MAGICLYT – CANCELLATION, RETURN, EXCHANGE & WARRANTY POLICY

By initiating any request for purchase, replacement or warranty, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
MAGICLYT products are designed, tested and packed with strict quality control.
Since these are electrical products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except for valid cases of damage, missing items, or non-working units.
1. RETURN POLICY
MAGICLYT does NOT accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Wrong purchase
- Wrong size/wattage selected
- Product not matching expectations
- Already installed product
We only accept return requests under two valid conditions:
✔ 1. Damaged Product Received
✔ 2. Missing Item / Wrong Product Received
In both cases, the following conditions apply:
1.1 Mandatory Unboxing Video (STRICT REQUIREMENT)
To claim damage or missing items, the customer must provide:
- A continuous unboxing video
- Showing the unopened parcel
- Parcel label
- Serial number / SKU label
- Invoice in the frame
- Product damage clearly visible
- No cuts, edits or breaks in video
No video = No claim accepted.
1.2 Reporting Window
All damage/missing/wrong product issues must be reported within:
⏱ 24 HOURS of delivery
Not after.

Claims beyond 24 hours will not be accepted.
⭐ 2. REPLACEMENT POLICY
MAGICLYT follows a replacement-only model.
Replacement is allowed ONLY if:
- Product is damaged in transit
- Product is non-working on arrival (DOA)
- Parts or accessories are missing
- Wrong product was delivered
There are no refunds for these cases.
2.1 Replacement Approval Process
Step 1 — Customer sends unboxing video to support
Step 2 — MAGICLYT verifies authenticity
Step 3 — If approved, customer sends product back
Step 4 — After inspection, replacement unit is shipped
2.2 Shipping Responsibility
For all replacements (damaged/defective/non-working):
🚚 Customer ships the product back to MAGICLYT at their own cost
MAGICLYT sends the replacement product free of cost.
One-side shipping paid by customer.
This rule is FINAL.
⭐ 3. WARRANTY POLICY
MAGICLYT offers one of the strongest guarantees in the industry:
Indoor Lights:
✨ Up to 5 Years Guarantee
(panel lights, surface panels, button lights, deep downlights, Magic Prime, Magic Divine, Magic Amor, Magic Sword, Magic Linear, Magic Bamboo)
Outdoor Lights:
✨ 2 Years Guarantee
(Magic Flood, Magic Street)
Drivers:
✨ Covered under product warranty
3.1 Warranty Covers:
- LED not working
- Driver failure
- Flickering issues
- Sudden brightness drop
- Dead on arrival
- Component failure
3.2 Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Physical damage after installation
- Water damage (for indoor models)
- Damage due to faulty electrical wiring
- Burnt smell due to overload
- Product damaged by customer
- Product installed improperly
- Damage due to voltage spikes beyond recommended limits
- Missing items without unboxing video
- Scratches, dents, marks after installation
- Damage from tools during installation
- Damage due to external environment (heat, dust, moisture) unless outdoor rated
- Usage in corrosive, chemical-heavy environments
- Modification, tampering or opening the product
- Any product installed by a non-qualified person (voids warranty)
3.3 Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Email complaint to support@magiclyt.com
- Attach:
- Product picture
- Issue video
- Invoice copy
- Installation area photo
- MAGICLYT reviews within 48 hours
- If approved, customer sends the product to us
- After inspection, we send replacement free of cost
⛔ No refund is provided under warranty — only replacement.
⭐ 4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled ONLY if the product has not been shipped.
To cancel:
Email support@magiclyt.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped — no cancellation.
4.2 After Shipping
No cancellation will be accepted once the product is handed over to courier.
⭐ 5. REFUND POLICY
MAGICLYT does not provide refunds under normal circumstances.
Refund is provided ONLY in the rare case when:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- MAGICLYT is unable to fulfill the order
- MAGICLYT approves refund under a special situation
Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
⭐ 6. MISUSE OF POLICY
If a customer:
- Frequently raises false claims
- Declines deliveries repeatedly
- Sends fake/edited videos
- Returns damaged products intentionally
- Tries to misuse warranty or replacements
MAGICLYT reserves the right to:
- Block account
- Deny future service
- Reject all claims
- Take legal action if required
